Blue Horizon Offshore (BHO), was formed in 2013 and established as a Limited company in 2014 in Singapore.
BHO was established with the goal of providing knowledge and services to the local petroleum industry in south-east Asia. In order to transfer experience and knowledge.
Part of our strategic establishments has been to enter into agreement with local partners / agents which already had an established network of contacts and services with customers – portfolio, and could provide office facilities.
In 2014, the industry entered into a demanding uphill where the willingness to invest in the International oil – and gas sector was reduced significant and almost disappeared. We nevertheless received confirmation that BHO had chosen the right cooperation partners, agents and partners – as BHO had dialog and conversations with several local Authorities and oil companies about upcoming projects.
BHO became a sparring partner with authorities in several countries in south-east Asia. In 2016 the company was paused in lack of project activities and that neither authorities nor clients were willing to spend more money on new projects.
The board as of 2014 is still the same, and a new day-to-day management was established 2021.

Our experienced project managers (COO) with their dedicated teams have actively participated in establishing operating procedures, introducing methods with existing or newly developed technology, which have subsequently become the basis for Norwegian industrial petroleum standards.
Based on our experience with challenging weather conditions and high costs, we have learned that thorough preparations and good planning will be a recipe for handling the project tasks efficient and correctly the first time – within cost and given time frames.
Blue Horizon Offshore has international cooperation partners within the petroleum industry – and base the foundation for our upcoming projects are close cooperation with our local cooperation partners and local contractors, for our clients – constructed and arranged as a consortium projects – for our local or internationals customers.
In this way, we will be able to draw with us long, extensive and extended international industrial experience based on industrial normative references, carried out with good local knowledge within the cultural framework(s).
